Details of a new trade and consumer show for the Irish market have been announced by Health Stores Ireland. The Vitality Expo 2018 takes place on September 8 and 9 at the RDS, in Dublin, and is being run by Health Stores Ireland, a group which represents the majority of health food stores in Ireland, and which was formerly known as the Irish Association of Health Stores.

Features at the show include the Vitality Stage, where inspiring Irish and international speakers will undertake engaging and interactive talks, and the food cookery demo area. Furthermore, there will be the Outdoor Entertainment Area, where people can take part in yoga and pilates and where trainers and fitness experts will be on hand to help. In addition, visitors can enjoy The Village, featuring an array of artisan and local health food producers in the Irish marketplace.

The Vitality Expo is being organised by Eventhaus, in conjunction with Independent News & Media, and Health Stores Ireland Chair, Mary Wedel, commented: “There was a unanimous endorsement from our group members to restart our annual sector gathering. We are delighted to have teamed up with Eventhaus and INM to launch a revived and re-energised showcase for the natural health trade. We look forward to welcoming old friends and new to the familiar surrounds of the RDS, Dublin.”

And President, Gerald Colfer, added: “We promise something a bit special for the new Vitality Expo. The inclusion of an outdoor stage and a focus on wholefoods and artisans will give the event a festival theme. We are also lining up a few cultural surprises and the usual hearty Dublin welcome to exhibitors and visitors from Ireland, the UK and Europe.”
