Seaweed specialist Seagreens has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director.
Dr Craig Rose, a marine biologist and business consultant, has joined the company, which is the UK’s leading seaweed supplier
Simon Ranger, who steered the company from 1998 to its present international network, remains as Founder and Chairman of the Board.
Since finishing his PhD, Craig established an environmental marine consultancy, which focussed on ensuring environmental solutions for various clients in a variety of marine and coastal environments. In 2011, he was invited by Simon to set up the Seaweed Health Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit forum for standards, research and education, as Executive Director.
“I am delighted through Seagreens to be able to take such an innovative and positive approache to business and relationships,” Craig said.
